Description of the active substances Laziks® „Preparation
to be pharmacological effects
Laziks® – rapid diuretic sulfonamide derivatives. Laziks® system blocks transport of ions Na +, K + and Cl- in the thick ascending thigh segment of the Henle loop and therefore its salidiuretic effect is based on the preservation of the drug in the lumen of the renal tubules (due to mechanism anion transport). Diuretic effect of the drug, which is inhibited with sodium chloride Laziks® reabsorption in the loop of the Henle department. Side effects related to the increase in sodium excretion are: increased urinary excretion (due to osmotically bound water), and the secretion of potassium in the distal tubule increased. At the same time, the excretion of calcium and magnesium ions increases.
Repeated administration of the drug Laziks® does not reduce their diuretic activity, since the drug interrupt tube glomerular feedback macula densa (tubular structure closely associated with the juxtaglomerular complex). Laziks causes® dose-dependent stimulation of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system.
In heart failure, Lazik’s pretension rapidly decreases® (due to varicose veins), reduces pulmonary artery pressure and reduces left ventricular filling pressure. This booming effect seems to be mediated by effects of prostaglandins and thus the prerequisite for their development is the absence of disturbances in the synthesis of prostaglandins, which, in addition to the realization of this effect, also requires sufficient preservation of kidney function. The drug has a hypotensive effect, which is caused by an increase in sodium excretion, the volume of blood decreases, and vascular smooth muscle reaction decreases effects (thanks to the natriuretic effect of furosemide reduces the vascular response to catecholamines, the concentration of which increases in hypertensive patients) vasoconstrictor.
